It scares me to death, especially since #72 had a very poor series against the Pens when we saw them in the playoff 25 ye, errr, 3 years ago.
The power play entries are awful, I wish I understood why the drop passes to the puck carrier are so deep back inside our blue line. why not dump and chase some like we did so well early in the season? It seems like every time the CBJ has a rush on the power play there's three defenders at the blue line making the puck carrier try an almost impossible entry to establish the zone.
Then on the few occasions they set things up, the passing is not crisp, it is slow and inaccurate. the pk unit isn't forced to move or be pulled out of position, and its awful.
I'm no coach, but something has to change on the offensive side, or we will be four or five and done.

I am frustrated with the drop pass. Especially when you see an open lane in front of the plater dropping the pass. If the power play is not working try giving Anderson, Karlsson & Calvert a shot. Maybe their hustle will help. I am not a we will get killed if the offense doesn't pick up person. The playoffs are more about defense and goaltending which have been excellent lately. My concern is more of teams bumping and running Bob. When don't have the gritty edge we used to.
